Open Aire was started by Kirk Marchant in 1985. The business began initially as a side business done on the kitchen table. Open Aire was soon moved into a small shed in the back yard and then into the basement of Kirk's in-laws. After a short time the business was moved into a small section of a commercial building. Open Aire was moved two more times, each time into a larger space. It was recently moved into a shop that has twice the square footage as the last shop.
Over the years we have gone from home made presses, to commercial hand presses, to automated presses. We can handle jobs as small as putting a name on a shirt to thousands of multi color prints. We can do any kind of design work that you need. We have a full service art department. We can print 1 color designs, multi spot color designs, and four color process. We have approximately 600 stock ink colors. Most of them can be made into puff ink also.
In January 2006 Open Aire and Midvalley Embroidery merged. Custom and stock embroidery services are available in house.
We strive for quality in every aspect of the printing process and embroidery services. The quality of the printing and embroidery you receive will be the best!
